Our History

The Kline family has lived in Pennellville, New York for generations - and still does. We purchased the property from the family in 2020 and have diligently worked to restore the buildings.

From what we know, the farmhouse was built around 1840, using the local sawmill. Multiple barns and outbuildings have been constructed over a century.
